JDS Degree College offers various academic courses. Various extra-curricular and cultural activities planned to happen in our college are aimed at total personality development of the students. We help students to develop an intelligent mind with analytical ability, to take on worldly challenges.
The three basic principles on which we intend to deliver education to our students are ‘Belief in Karma, Honesty and aim to become responsible citizen of the country’.
This prospectus is a reflection of the ethos of the college. I wish the College and its management ever growing success in serving the society and empowering the rural youth.

From crown to toe, I’ m indebted to Almighty who Himself is doing everything….
After God’s grace upon me, whatever I’ m today is due to the rock support of my life partner – Dr. Rakesh Dubey.
Being a lady, it had always been a challenge for me to usher in a field which is rather dominated by males. But my sincere thanks to my family & friends who morally & mentally boosted me to accomplish this Herculean task.
A great academic institution is never born, it is created: a committed management being the protective roof, teachers forming the pillars, the pursuit of academic excellence being the cementing blocks and harmony its corner stone. JDS Degree College has been founded with this vision & my endeavor is to create this climate of harmony and excellence so that students from this institution may contribute productivity towards betterment of the world around them.
Universities and Colleges are called ‘academic’ institutions. It was a time when ‘academic’ meant “pertaining to the development of the mind.” The goal of education used to be the development of mental powers, to the exclusion of everything else. The goal was seldom achieved. The teaching of values, ethics, and the general socialization of the individual was left to the home and community. Schools didn’t institutionalize these goals (except through disciplinary policy). Schools did subtly try to ‘civilize’ students, that is, to suppress their innate savage natures and encourage them to behave as if civilized.
JDS Degree College assumes responsibility for the “development of the whole individual,” for instilling values, ethics, traditions social skills, & good health practices.
I’m determined to incorporate the concept of “holism” a “holistic development” of my students.
JDS Degree College is here to help students to grow into self-disciplined and socially responsible individuals who are capable of imbibing the true culture of our nation.
